Production of galvanized metal modules according to customer drawings

We made 15 pieces of galvanized metal modules for the client, entirely based on the submitted drawings and technical requirements. The structures are meant to be attached to the wall and covered with drywall, so having a low weight and easy installation on site was important.

Materials used

To ensure a lightweight structure, an optimal profile was chosen: Pipe 20×20×2 S235, which provides sufficient rigidity while keeping the weight low and easy to handle.

Production and processing

• The modules are made according to precise drawing details

• Hot-dip galvanizing done to provide protection against corrosion

• Checked geometry and connection quality

• Modules prepared for easy installation on site

Documentation for the client

At the end of the order, we provided the customer with all the necessary documentation, including the EID – the declaration of performance, which certifies that the materials and products meet the requirements.
