New project: steel side supports for the repair pit - manufactured, welded, and galvanized

The MelnaisMetals.LV team has completed another practical and durable solution for our client - ​​repair pit edge supports designed for concreting and long-term load resistance.

For this project, we fabricated several steel elements that:

• we cut and prepared precisely,
• welded into a single structure,
• fully galvanized to ensure corrosion protection and longevity.

Galvanizing is especially important because these parts will be concreted and operated in an environment where humidity and temperature fluctuations are commonplace. Our goal is for the structure to last safely and for a long time.

This order was entrusted to us by our cooperation partner PamatuMeistars.LV, with whom we regularly implement various foundation and metal construction projects.
