🛠️ Metal staircase manufacturing at our factory in Riga
Recently, our team at MelnaisMetals.LV had the honor of manufacturing an industrial-style metal staircase for a client's project. 

🔍 Quality control:
Before hot dip galvanizing, we performed non-destructive testing (NDT) of the welds – both visual and magnetic. The testing was provided by a certified laboratory with high quality standards. The results were fully compliant, which confirms the accuracy and safety of our work.

🚚 Processing and delivery:
After successful NDT tests, the structure was hot-dip galvanized to ensure durability and corrosion protection. The stairs were delivered to the client ready for installation on site.

The staircase structure was completely designed and welded in our production facility in Riga, using various high-quality steel elements:
