🛠️ New completed project: manufacturing metal structures according to customer drawings

MelnaisMetals.LV team has successfully completed another project in which we manufactured metal structures for the client in a full cycle - from detalisation to the finished product.

🔩Main stages of the project

1. Development and coordination of detalization.

We created a detailed metal structure detailing, ensuring that all drawings comply with the project and installation requirements.

2. Manufacture of metal structures

In the production process, we adhered to high quality standards, ensuring precise welding execution and the geometry of the structures.

3. Preparation of declaration

After manufacturing, we issued the Declaration of Performance (DoP) to the client, which certifies the construction's compliance with regulatory requirements.

🔧 Materials used

The following metal structures were manufactured in the project:
• 4 columns - HEA 160 beams with welded plates
• 4 beams - IPE 450 of various lengths with welded plates

All parts were prepared with high precision, ensuring readiness for assembly on site.
