MelnaisMetals.LV offers a full range of beams: HEA, HEB, HEM, IPE and IPN. Each profile has a different geometry, weight and load-bearing capacity, which allows you to choose the optimal solution for a specific project.

• HEA – a lighter beam with a good weight-to-strength ratio.
• HEB – heavier and stronger beam with thicker flange ends.
• HEM - the heaviest beam with the highest load-bearing capacity and durability.

The choice depends on the load and design requirements.

• IPE – parallel flanges, excellent rigidity over long spans, lightweight profile.
• IPN – tapered flanges, an economical solution for lightweight structures.

IPE is typically used when greater stability and lower weight are required.

All beams are manufactured in accordance with the EN 10025 standard, which defines the mechanical properties, quality, and safety requirements of steel for structures.

S235, S275 and S355 steel grades are available.
S355 provides higher strength and is suitable for structures with higher loads.

Standard lengths are L‑6050 mm and L‑12100 mm, but we also provide cutting to individual lengths upon customer request.

Yes, all beams are easy to weld, drill and cut. Upon request, we also provide surface treatment - ​​priming, painting or galvanizing.
