U-Channels

We offer two main types of U-profiles: UPN (with conical flange) and UPE (with parallel flange surfaces). Both profiles are designed for construction, but have different geometry and applications.

UPN profiles have tapered flanges, which ensure good load distribution in different directions.
UPE profiles have parallel flange surfaces, which ensure easier assembly and more accurate connections.
The choice depends on the design requirements.

UPN and UPE profiles are manufactured in accordance with the EN 10025 standard, which defines the steel quality, mechanical properties and safety requirements for structural steel.

S235, S275 and S355 steel grades are available.
S355 provides higher strength and is suitable for structures with higher loads.

Standard lengths are L‑6050 mm and L‑12100 mm, but we also provide cutting to individual lengths upon customer request.

Yes, U-profiles are easy to weld, drill and cut. Their geometry ensures easy assembly and stable connections.

U-profiles are used in:

Standard sizes are usually in stock and delivery takes 1–3 business days. For non-standard orders, the deadline is agreed individually.
