Fabrication of steel stair flights according to customer blueprints

Some time ago, we completed a project where we manufactured two steel stair flights for a client, strictly following the drawings and technical specifications provided by them. The work required a high level of precision, as every cutting and welding angle had to be perfectly accurate for the structure to fit during assembly without any adjustments.

Materials used

– Pipe 140×140×5 S355
– Pipe 100×100×4 S355
– Plate 10 mm S355

All components were carefully cut and prepared, and then welded according to the angles specified in the project. Mistakes are not tolerated in constructions of this type, which is why we paid particular attention to the quality and geometry of the welds.

Coating and Finishing

Once the welding work was completed, we primed and painted the entire structure in RAL 9005 (jet black) semi-gloss. This coating not only looks elegant but is also practical — it is easy to maintain and provides good protection against corrosion.
