Manufacturing and delivering balcony railings to the customer

We made a complete balcony railing set for the client, designed for safe and visually appealing installation. The structure's dimensions are: length 5 m, width 1.2 m.

Materials used

We made the railings from high-quality steel profiles:

• U-profile 40×20×2

• Pipe 20x20x2

• Pipe 20×20×2

• Flat bar 60x5

The construction is designed to ensure both durability and visual consistency – the profiles are precisely cut, welded, and prepared for finishing.

Treatment and coating

We processed the railings in two stages:

• Zinc primer – for rust protection

• Powder coating – in the color chosen by the client, ensuring a smooth and durable surface

This kind of combination guarantees durability and solid protection against the weather.

Delivery and unloading

We provided delivery to the customer's home, as well as helped with safe unloading and preparation for assembly.
