Manufacturing of metal structures for a long-term cooperation partner – a construction company

We implemented another order for metal structures with a construction company we regularly cooperate with. The project included a full cycle – from detalization development and refinement to production, galvanizing, and documentation preparation.

Development and coordination of detalization

The work began with the development of metal structure detailing. Several ambiguities emerged during the process, but together with the client, we identified, clarified, and coordinated them step by step. As a result, completely clear and reliable documentation was created for the start of production.

High precision manufacturing

Precise dimensions were particularly important to the client in this project, so before handing over the structures for galvanizing, we performed the following:

• our internal quality control,

• additional quality check from the client on their own initiative.

As part of the production, we manufactured metal structures according to MKD, as well as stitched welded metal grids, ensuring a stable and durable structure.

Hot dip galvanizing

All structures were galvanized to ensure durability and corrosion protection. The galvanizing was carried out in accordance with the project requirements and quality standards.

Full set of documents for the client

At the end of the order, we issued the client with:

• DOP - Declaration of performance,

• Material certificates with translations,

• Factory certificates and declarations,

• all the necessary additional documents according to regulatory requirements.
