Certified metal structures for the frame of the processing plant building.

The MelnaisMetals.LV team was entrusted with the production of full-cycle metal structures for the client's new processing plant building. We provided the entire process - from estimating and technical nuances to detailing, production, galvanizing and delivery to the site.

From project to finished structures

We helped the client with:

• estimation and refinement of technical solutions,

• development of detailed designs of metal structures,

• coordination and corrections,

• production exactly according to the approved documentation.

The structures were manufactured according to the project requirements, ensuring high precision and repeatability.

Hot-dip galvanizing and corrosion protection

According to the client's requirements, all structures were hot-dip galvanized, ensuring longevity and durability in an aggressive environment. We took full care of the galvanizing process and quality.

Delivery and unloading at the site

We delivered the finished structures directly to the construction site and ensured safe unloading so that the client's work could continue without delays.

• Document translations into Latvian with certification

Our factory's certificates:

• EN 1090‑2:2018+A1:2024 (EXC2) - welding certificate

• EN 1090‑1:2009+A1:2011 (EXC2) - factory production process control certificate

These certificates confirm that our production facility complies with the European Union requirements for the manufacture and welding of steel structures.
