Production process

1. Drawing analysis and technical preparation We checked all the details – dimensions, connection points, load requirements, and assembly specifics.

2. Preparation of U‑channels The profiles were cut and processed according to precise drawing requirements, ensuring perfect compatibility.

3. Welding and assembly of structures. The frame is welded with high-quality welds, ensuring straightness, rigidity, and load-bearing strength.

4. Inspection and Handover to the Client After assembly, a visual and technical check is performed to ensure the structure's stability and compliance with the project.
