Adjustable insert parts for concreting according to project specifications

Recently, we manufactured adjustable insert parts for concrete work for a client, designed for precise installation and secure fixture integration into the structure. All elements were prepared strictly according to project requirements, ensuring both dimensional compliance and ease of assembly on the construction site.

The parts list consisted of:

• Threaded rods M20, strength class 8.8

• Nuts and washers M20, strength class 8.8

• Steel plates 10×300×300 mm

• Steel washer for M20 bolt 60×8 mm

Manufacturing process

In our workshop:

• we cut the steel plates to precise sizes,

• cut the threaded rods to the required length,

• prepared the entire set of fixtures,

• checked and polished the ends of the threads so that the nuts would screw on effortlessly.

Since the client had already started assembling the reinforcement, we only partially screwed the parts together, as requested – so that they could be quickly and easily completed on the construction site.

Result

The final set was ready for immediate use in concreting works, providing:

• exact compliance with the project,

• convenient installation on site,

• a reliable and durable connection in the structure.
