MelnaisMetals.LV provides customers with high-quality steel beams in the exact steel grade and lengths requested. In this order, we prepared and cut several types of beams, providing both full lengths and offcuts, which allows the customer to optimize costs and material consumption.

Delivery and cutting of steel beams to order

Our production facility processes various types of beams on a daily basis - HEA, IPE, HEB and other types of profiles. This time we prepared for the client:

• HEA 140 S355 – 3.85 m, 10 pcs + leftover

• IPE 220 S355 – 4.5 m, 2 pcs + leftover

• IPE 220 S355 – 6 m, 2 pcs.

All beams were cut with high precision, prepared for further assembly, and delivered to the customer on time.

Standard lengths and cost-effective leftovers

Steel beams are usually available in standard lengths of 6.05 m or 12.1 m. However, as we are also manufacturers of metal structures, we also regularly have leftovers available in our warehouse - ideal for cases where shorter sections are required at particularly advantageous prices.

This allows customers to:

• reduce costs,

• avoid excess material,

• get to the required lengths faster.
