Cutting steel profiles to customer specifications
The client sent a precise bill of materials, according to which steel profiles had to be cut to various lengths, as well as individual edges had to be processed at a 45° angle. Our workshop ensured fast and high-quality execution, adapting to the client's transport schedule and construction site needs.
Materials included in the order
Pipe 100×100×5 S355, L‑12 m – 54 m
Pipe 150×150×5 S355, L‑12 m – 30 m
Angle 100×100×6 S355, L‑0.14 m – 8 pcs.
The profiles were cut to the specified lengths, but in the necessary places we cut the edges at a 45° angle, ensuring precise compatibility during assembly.
Additionally, at the client's request, we wrote the names and positions on each part with a marker so that at the construction site we could quickly understand which piece was intended for which part of the structure.
